What Made You Smile Today?
My birthday was 5 days ago. And none of my friends remembered that, but suddenly they remembered today and wished me. It was quite hurtful but still, that thing made me smile.

I’ve had my birthday forgotten and it sucked, but I have also forgotten birthdays because I was too wrapped up in myself. I try to remember, because I have also done it, that it isn’t always a reflection on me.

Being back on 7 Cups after some time away. I am hopeful I can find friends here.
Being outside and the weather was beautiful and the sun was shining and I had nice music playing in my headphones and it just felt like a good day 💗🥰
Nothing. I just kept replaying words someone told me over and over in my head trying my best not to cry at work. Nothing made me smile today.
