But even after wiping it, it still doesn't go away

I guess i can say that i got up and made progress on my room today and it made me smile

my cat :)

Today I took a big step in my recovery and made my first trip to a local gym. This made me smile with pride in myself.

Also, as others have said, my cats. They always manage to make me smile, even if just a little, and eve on the darkest or days. I love them so much. ❤️
