What Made You Smile Today?
Talked to my friend Casey today. He made me smile
waking up in the morning, listening to indie folk music and enjoying my London Fog tea 1 hour before work...
I've never been one to take criticism well but today I felt rebuked and I haven’t fallen apart. That faint glimmer of growth made me smile today.
Honestly I couldn’t find the motivation to smile today. It’s been a really bad day…. The desire to use has a hold of my joy.

A stay at home date night with my lovely, good company (just each other), mst3king thru a corny svengoolie movie, frozen pizza 🍕, and the amount of beer my wife allowed, put quite a large smile on my face
