I wish people knew that I’m actually a warm person who really wants to help and be close to people, but that my social awkwardness in-person really hides that sometimes.

That I would like as much respect as anyone else wants for him/herself. Respect is something I've rarely ever gotten in life, including from my own family. The old saying is that respect is earned not given...there's some truth to that. But no matter how I act or what I do, respect often never comes.
