Date permanently over, plus maybe a few therapy sessions in the near future.

You're not making anything worse. You are a light and a helping hand to so many. And iamwhoiam has always been vocal about how much you mean to him<3 His struggle is with his own self blame and guilt and you are not the reason. You're just a precious being and the thought of causing any hurt to you is kinda sad<3 and his thoughts just ran with the idea that his writings triggered you. It's all misunderstanding and I read he said that he'll continue to write again ^-^ so all good.
I hope you know that no matter how much we care about someone or how much we love them, we just can't be there for people everyday<3 Keep your heart healthy and nurture your soul first cause if you're alright then everything else is alright.
Your presence brings the light in the darkness but you gotta recharge too. Never feel guilty about taking time for your own self, superheroes need to rest as well. I'm sure he wants the best for you and you want the best for him too<3
I believe even the thought of someone sometimes is enough to get through the tough times<3 Sharing words of support or being physically there is not always needed.
