What's something that 7 Cups should change or add to the site?

Ooh this is fun and there's a lot to add and change here hehe. I'd share one that immediately popped in my mind while reading this prompt: Listeners have an impact page for keeping a track of members they've talked to. I'd very much like a similar tab for keeping track of the listeners too. Its specially helpful for leadership, mentorship purposes.
How about youu? What would you like to add/ change here?^^
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou That's a great suggestion! I would like 7 Cups to add a system to ensure that listeners and members are doing their correct role on here. For example, some listeners use this app as essentially a "dating platform" instead of trying to help members. I think their should be chat checks or something in place to ensure that everyone is safe and doing what they are suppose to be doing.

What do you feel is a member's "role" here? And how do you propose we can ensure they are doing it properly?
Also, for listeners, yes, quality checks and chat checks should be a thing. Or what else could be helpful here to ensure the quality check for listeners? <3

@xIAmAlwaysHereForYoux The ability to retract hearts/"likes". Surely I'm not the only one whose opinions on a given post change, especially after learning new info...
@slowdecline48 Agreed. Retracting likes is something that should definitely be put in place. Especially when your opinions change and you didn't want to like something.

- Editing comments for typos which is a feature on phones when you text a message to someone or adding/removing words or hearts or whatever if, another user smartly brought up, opinions change which they can. I brought this up on another thread before discovering this one.
- Therapy here should be free. Whoever wants to get paid for being a therapist can do that elsewhere in all honesty.
- If a listener does not respond to a member, that member should be able to let a top member like the founder or owner or runner or whatever of this site who should then inquire the listener about why they haven’t responded and then give them some time to respond and if they don’t they’re not a listener anymore. Same thing for therapists.
-.This was brought up earlier in this thread that some listeners instead of listening to and having chats with members are using this site as a “dating app” Those fake “listeners” should be banned from here. There’s many actual dating apps they can use for that purpose but here as a listener isn’t the way and there should be consequences for that.
That’s all I can think of atm. I’ll add more in a separate comment if anymore come to mind.
@akunknown I mostly agree. With therapy, however, I suspect it's like many other things in one way: "you get what you pay for". Free stuff isn't always of the best quality.

That’s true about free stuff not always being the best. But not always suggests that sometimes it’s good enough quality. It just might take you longer to find a free therapist for example who’s good enough to work vs finding a therapist you’d have to pay for that works out which may take less time.
However it’s too expensive and not everyone can afford it even when they need it. That was my thought process behind saying it should be free here.
@akunknown Well regarding paying for therapy, the money that comes from the paid therapy could contribute to help running the site and keeping it active.

I know. I wasn’t trying to argue either. I asked my question out of genuine curiosity bc idk if this site continuing to exist is bc of the payments is really happening or not. No argument going on here. All good :)

Tagging messages on the app, dark mode on the website, seeing all your data (amount of chats, messages you’ve sent to one specific person, etc), ability to keep some posts private (that’s all for now I think)
