It has enlightened my awareness on mental health and provided me with a platform to support people. I've been able to get to know so many lovelies from around the globe and be friends with them. It's been quite fulfilling.
Cups has also enabled me to catalyze my journey here for greater good. I'm eternally grateful for this community.

Some advice for your 20s would be, just go out in the world, explore, enjoy, live, be insanely yourself. Be gentle with yourself and just know that only the best will happen to you.
