Shall I say more heys so that these lovely beings can feel something within, get over the numbness and come forward to strike up a conversation with me?  Nobody wants to be my friend🥹I feel like I am alone in this journey of navigating adulthood (munching French fries with cries) We are starting a new week friend and here's to our Sunday Reset Ritual because we are not entering it with a fried nervous system and zero tabs closed.  Now ask yourself. - What are you releasing from the last week? - What are you carrying into the next week? Then set your intention for the next week in 3 words only.  I will go first.  I will release that one awkward moment I kept replaying in my mind. I will carry confidence in baby steps.  The 3-word intention: Peace, progress and power  What's yours? ...See more Heyyyaaa My Young Vibing Souls💓 There are times in life we go through while transitioning to adulthood when days feels heavy.  Sometimes we find people who help us navigate with ease but sometimes, we need to do it all by ourselves.  “How do you remind yourself who you are when everything feels heavy?” I tell myself, how far I came from where I started, how I still kept holding even when everything was scattering, how I filled myself with love than with negative beliefs and judgements. It's so easy to judge ourselves and others and assume that we or they are defective in any way, but trust me, when you learn to listen to yourself, start understanding yourself and talk to yourself just like you would do it with your best friend, that is when life becomes happier for you and for everyone around you. That is when you embrace people as they are and support them with all generosity and kindness.  Happiness is a daily practice, and we need to snatch moments from the day that make things feel lighter.  Above all, why not start with yourself? Why can't you be that ray of hope, light and positivity? Why expect others to do it, can't we start the chain of goodwill and compassion? Can't we be the anchor for it?  Change is gradual and slow, but it happens when you chose faith over fears.  After a not quite long way into this age, I learnt that other's reactions, decisions and behavior is not something under your control. What you can control is how you perceive, decide and respond.  I just had quite an uncertain and a plot twisting day, but it's okay, we can soften the chaos gradually.  I just want to give you all a big reminder that, be honest with yourself, don't resist, accept, see what you can change for the better and then take action accordingly.  We need not be so harsh on ourselves and others. Be gentle, be kind with yourself and with others as well.  Birds don't just fly; they fall down and get up. Nobody learns without getting it wrong. Can I click your glow up button? 😍 Here I go, 1,2,3 Switch on! 🌞 I was just thinking, there are so many times we feel embarrassed because we think we are weird in some matters than others. That is because, we allow people's perceptions about our weird skills to overpower our confidence and self-esteem.  So today, I want you to see your weirdness as your power. And believe me, your weird quality is what makes you crazy and original. It's yours, do you even imagine, nobody else can copy that (even if they try to), nobody can become you, you are unique.  So come on, explore yourself! Ask yourself,  What’s One ‘Weird’ Thing About Me That Actually Makes Me Awesome? Shall I go first <3 Hehe, I always do😜 I remember phone numbers and birthday dates once I hear them, I will never forget😉People say, why do you overload your head with unnecessary information. But that somehow helps me in giving thoughtful surprises.  And  I am called a thankyou person. I have this habit of saying thank you frequently and have been mocked in my graduate school for that, my friends used to say that I will say a thankyou even on somebody's death ritual (wild lol), but I tell you, people love hearing thank you.  Ohh, there are so many. We can write a long list.  I know straining your mind to recall things is tiring but trust me, when you write it down here, you will feel really good about yourself and a strong connection with you.  So, can we, do it? But sometimes we never consciously think on that. ...See more Heyyyyaaa Cutiessss!💖 I hope you all are keeping up well.  Mess! How many times do we say this word in our day? Guys, I'm not talking about the hostel mess😝 10? Ohh, more? 100? No bro, add one more zero! Then one more and one more😂 So come let's just make a toolkit to navigate the mess whatever it is in our lives. Let's start with me.  For people who are a bit saintly serious in life (well, you must not be, xD), I will go with Take a deep breath, inhale for 4, hold for 4 and exhale for 4, Breathwork.  For people who are like me, want some humor in life, a bit go for it types (Well, I'm also learning to become that so lol), Dance, just get up, play the music, dance, go wild, go insane, just dance! Cry and dance, laugh and dance, sing and dance, whatever resonates with you. Go for it.  But kindly avoid doomscrolling, it really does not work, do you feel good after that, or you feel more guilty? I will tell you one more, it's secret😁but I will tell you. Take a chips packet, go to the bathroom, crunch and cry. Sounds crazy? I know it does, but it helps. Either way your agenda is to release your emotions that are messing up.  Don't hold on, just let it flow. Try anything that you like, celebrate your sadness equally as you celebrate your joy.  So, who all are coming forth to share their tool that helps them survive? ...See more Heyyyyyyaaa My Wonderful People! 💖 I really hope everyone has been terrifically good navigating their life's soft apocalypse better. I hope you are figuring it out one step at a time!  I seek your forgiveness for being unavailable for so many days. Life happens and it happened for me as well 😂 however I'm back. I really missed this space where life's challenges seem easy, talking to you all and seeing that more and more people are coming forward to share their heart and their valuable presence here, that's so appreciable.  That is what matters eventually. The whole purpose of this space is to give you a sense of togetherness and figure out adulting with more clarity, comfort and ease.  Today, I'm here to know what do you think about this? Adulting and figuring out life is hard but gently accepting the reality without escaping or fighting it helps. Right? But what is that one small word, idea, activity, quote or possibly an advice that keeps you going.  I'll go first, "Every person who you see up there started from where you are now. Every master was once a disaster." So, what's your take? You don't have to be deep, just be real as you are. And remember, we are all together in this, you are not alone.  Say this out aloud to yourself, I can & I will even when it's hard, I know it will pass, and I have the courage to learn my lessons. ...See more Heyyyyyaaa Fantastic Friends😊😉 It's said, "Friends make the bad times good and the good times unforgettable." In early life, friendships were formed because of proximity and consistent interaction. As and when we grow older, the dynamics change. Have less but the best.  And that is when I thought, why not ask the youthful community here! 💖You are the most aware, awakened people and I really appreciate you all.  So, here's the question! What's the most important green flag you look for in friendships now? I'll go first, "Vibes! No matter whether they are new or old, comfort is priority. Where I don't need to perform but be. Where we can make fun of each other's mess, laugh on our stupidity and then be honest to tell what was wrong" A real friend is the one who walks in when the world walks out. What's that one green flag for you?  When you realize you have that friend, just go, surprise them, text, call, send a gratitude message do whatever makes them feel good and then never ever let them go away.  And if you feel you don't have one, go out and make one, it's not that difficult, be the initiator. Let go off all fears and embarrassment. And remember, who are you searching for, one who aligns with your values, one who has a pure sacred character and one who loves not only when it's easy but when it's difficult.  Meanwhile, I would love to be your friend.
