31/m looking to talk through depression

I keep coming back in my life to hopelessness. I have a few different paths, whether that's depression, alcohol (and depression) or even bipolarity....I just can't envision a decent life for myself, being happy, so, I'm posting to see if there's someone that might want to list, chat and has some ideas
