Dealing with a friend growing away from racism

I have a friend who I've been friends with for a long time. She comes from a racist family, but has stated she wants to change. I am a poc, and she usually relies on me to be her moral compass with that stuff. But lately I've been feeling very stressed and anxious because of the situation, and would just like someone to talk to about how it's effecting me.
