Help with dealing with some anxiety problem

Im dealing with some perfectionism related anxiety problem and its getting out of hand and cant do chores anymore and i can hardly deal with this alone and unfortunately i have to ask for help... Hopefully from a psychologist or someone that could know how to deal with this. Btw im 26, not a teen... I deal with other stuff but all i want to get rid of is this ASAP, this is really ruining my life. I dont know how long do long term listeners last but i feel im going to be stuck with this problem for a long time.
