I need someone who can help me
Quick rundown: I’ve been heavily depressed my whole life until I met this girl 4 years ago when I was 16, I was new to the school and she was my only friend. About 6 months later we moved in together because we were both having troubles at home that couldn’t be resolved. We spent 3.5 years making the best memories I have. Talked about marriage and kids and moved into multiple different homes together. We were a team…. Until Tuesday 6pm I get home from work and she’s packed and telling me she can’t be in this relationship anymore. She left in 15 minutes and hasn’t spoken to me much since. I just don’t see a point in life without her. It’s really hard to want to live… I don’t see enjoyment in anything anymore. All I think about all day is either our memories and why did she leave me, or how I plan on ending this horrible pain.. I think I need a professionals help because I’ve talked to someone on here yesterday and here I am again today and I still feel exhausted of trying to feel better or see the bright side in any way. I’m devastated and broken. I don’t know what to do…

Hello Tyler,
First of all to say I'm sorry she left you so suddenly. I know how painful that can be. I know it's hard to see hope in life without her. But you need to keep going and keep on living. I know living with depression for a long time doesn't help. I want you to know that you matter and that your feelings matter and are valid. I would really suggest a professionals help. As we cannot deal with these kind of crisis. Especially if you're actively thinking about it. I would suggest to reach out to a crisis line. I don't which one to give you because I don't know your location and shouldn't. But please keep yourself safe and take care of yourself. I hope you feel better and know that we are here for you. And willing to talk to you as long as you aren't in a crisis. Do you have any coping skills? I wish only the best for you. I know what it's like to feel depressed. So I can relate. But this is not the way. There will be a light at the end of the tunnel even if it doesn't feel like it. I would possibly suggest to think about talking to a professional about starting meds they could definetly help you. i hope you have a good day/ night. Please stay safe and take care. ❤️
