Looking for a Pro

I'm having medication issues, sleep issues, marriage issues, bipolar issues.

I'm without professional help for about a month and it would be nice to sit down with someone who is willing to help in a pinch. I don't want someone who cosigns or enables, but at the same time is willing to extract some deep emotions and "go there".
