Lost my Dad Today
This is my first post and I'm still not sure how this works. My dad died from surgical complications. It was drawn out over months of him getting better and then something else would happen. I got the call yesterday that he was being placed on hospice. I rushed to Texas from Illinois and made it a couple hours before he passed. I have such a wide range of emotions and I'd like to speak with someone more openly than I have been able to with my family. I hope to gain perspective and confidence in those feelings so that I am able to be more vulnerable with them as they have been with me.
