Need support to help me deal with abuse and trauma

Hi. I'm just new here and struggling to find a listener I can talk to about childhood abuse, exploitation, rape and other issues in my teens. There's lots lovely kind listeners here but I would prefer someone who is open to discussing this and maybe has some knowledge of helping people deal with this before. For that reason I don't feel comfortable with a younger listener. Thanks in advance
