Need to read connect
I used to talk to a listener on a regular basis here and built a lot of trust with her. I had to take some time away for a while, but now I really need to chat again. I just searched for my listener (listener name removed by forum mod Lyra) but she has on her profile that she can't take new chats at the moment. I'm not sure whether this means I shouldn't re connect yet. I know there are loads of others I could talk to but it's her who I trust and don't feel like I can explain everything again from the start. Is anyone able to let me know if I can talk with her please?

Thank you for your question. I looked for your listener as well and it seems that this listener account has been deactivated :(
It means that unfortunately you or anyone else cannot contact with them. For some reason this listener needed to deactivated account.

(Listener name removed by forum mod Lyra) is still around but is only chatting with people she has spoken to before, it's just new chats she isn't able to take at the moment. I spoke to her briefly last night.

Hey lovely Stephanie! If a listener has on their profile that they're not taking chats, it often means to new members, as @philosophicalZebra4647 said. If you're unsure if that applies to you, just reach out to them, and they'll be able to say when they're next online.
I've moved your lovely thread to the Classifieds, and I've taken out the name of your listener, as we can't share the names of listeners that we're working with 1 on 1. I hope you manage to reconnect soon, or find another listener that you get on well with :)
