I've been having some relationship issues for a while now. One of my exs from years ago messed me up really bad and ever since then it's hard for me let girls get close to me. I don't want to get hurt again and it seem i keep jumping from girl to girl and not letting them get close to me. I always find a way to push them away

Hi kat. Its been really hard letting go of the past. I was with my ex girlfriend for a little over a year and i honestly felt like we were going to get married one day. We broke up one night and about a week later i tried to go and talk to her so i went to her house and waited for her to get off work so we could talk. When she got home she got into a guys car and they left. Then i found out that they were together and a month later i found out that she was pregnant. It was one of the most painful things that i had ever experienced. It took me along time to recover and even then im not 100%

I gave him a chance to tell me the truth, but he just lies. Lie after lie. I know I need to say something but then I'm going to be alone. I need help. Today I just feel like giving up on everything.
