Relationship/health/depression issues

Hi! I'm looking to talk through some issues before I go back into active therapy. I'm hoping to get some level headed advice and guidance on my relationship and current life stage. I'm feeling pretty stuck and would love to find some clarity before I make any more major changes.

I'm 31 and generally a happy, playful, kind person. If there's a listener who wants to tackle some real life stuff with me, I'd be very grateful. However, I would really prefer someone close to my age or older. I'm eastern time zone and will be around until probably 11a.
