Hi all,

First post and not really sure what to say however here goes!

I dont know if I am suffering with depression however I am supporting my wife who is really suffering with anxiety. She is an amazing person and I love her to the moon and back however she has been really suffering with anxiety and panic attacks over the last few years, this has hugely affected our relationship and how we live our lives together.

I am trying as best I can to support her however can't help but feel that sometimes when I want to do something I have to hold back as I know she won't be comfortable in the situation and as such feel that we are slowly falling apart. I dont want to make this about me but her condition has changed our relationship and I just want to support her and see her back to her former self.

She was a really driven woman and knew what she wanted and was always there for me however recently she has been really withdrawn and i feel like if i wasn't there she wouldn't notice.

Thank you for reading my post and appreciate any support
