@communicativePenny8383 Its not true. I know how after hearing something so often it can stick in your head and you end up believing it. Those abusers - they're the ugly ones - not you
@mytwistedsoul
But that's the truth I m ugly I feel shame to look at mirror or smile☹
@communicativePenny8383 Sometimes our eyes see what other people say they see when they look at us. They only point out our flaws and after hearing something enough we often start to believe it. It could be body dysmorphia and a lack of self esteem and confidence. Have you talked with a therapist or a counselor about any of this? They might be able to help
Tbh - I struggle with mirrors too because I see what others claim they saw in me
@communicativePenny8383 they abuse you because they have no manners, their behavior has nothing to do with your beauty-ness, its thei ugly-ness that they abuse a human being who have a heart and a soul
@communicativePenny8383 and about your beauty ...... did you ever see your eyes in mirror ? try to see them with full focus ..... you will see what the beautiful creation you are .... and how your eyes shine and wonder when they see themselves in pure reflection .......
@communicativePenny8383 about your confidence ......... your confidence boost when you feel comfortable with people, place, topic of conversation ....... you physical appearance can easily be ignored by others if you show how intelligent and interesting personality you are ........ no one can stay beautiful forever but their career, academics, personality, confidence stay with them FOREVER and EVER
@communicativePenny8383
Whatever an abuser says, is not the truth about you.
You are worthy of love and respect, never believe otherwise. Outer beauty attracts, but inner beauty captivates. Sending you a warm hug ❤️
