depression, anxiety and more

I am 54, and have multiple sclerosis, i suffer fatigue and depression. i have charged $ on cards i can't afford. i have made a mess of my life, my marraige, at this point i'm afraid it has cost me my marriage and my health. i bury my head in the sand hoping everything i'm afraid of will disappear. except it doesn't. So i guess i'm looking for help.
