need someone to help get a better outlook on something

I am not looking forward to summer in a way.
2 years ago one cat got hit by car and sent whole summer getinhg better agaign .
Then last summer the other cat got hit by a car and spend the whole summer getting better.
My fear is that it will happen agaign.
I need someone to help me get past this fear.
