Accepting heartbreaking reality
Struggling to accept a reality that can't be changed. It will forever be there to haunt me and hurt my soul. Anyone else feeling this way?

I'm really sorry you are struggling so much and that you are holding such heavy feelings đ

Hi there!
I also struggled with accepting a reality that seemed impossible at some point. I promise you, your version forever will slowly be washed away by time. One day you will wake up and your heart wonât sink, your chest wonât ache and your mind wonât wonder back to what you cannot change.
Time does not heal, it give us the space we need to go through all the stages we need to go through in order to come to terms with what we do not like.
I hope this helped đ€
@goldenBranch1507 yeah I know how your feeling we just have to stay strong and keep fighting
@goldenBranch1507 yes... Everything I believed about my child.. was and is so wrong. I done know her at all. Except for the fact she is spiralingÂ

I understand how you feel. I've been there before, and it may suck now because you think it "cannot be changed" or that is something permanent, everlasting in your life, and is only there to torment you. But I assure you it's not! Everything in our life comes and goes like the snap of a finger. We barely even notice when some things come, and when some things leave- they just do. I don't know what your situation may be, but whatever reality you're holding on to is not the reality you deserve to live. It will pass, just like everything else in life, because it will and can change. It cannot stay the same forever, and once you open your heart to the possibility of it changing- to perhaps looking at it differently, or with a more open heart- then the greatest change can happen within you and also towards the situation! With time, your heart will ease up and open into the vast possibilities of the world. It will not, and therefore cannot last forever! It will change, and perhaps it is already changing for you, since you have spoken out about it and asked for help. Every second you look back on the situation with a different view, with different emotions and a different heart, you change the situation and how you look at it. Therefore, is anything staying the same there? Is anything permanent there? Or is it temporary, and open to change, just like everything else in the world?
I wish you the very best, and do not lose yourself in the flimsy process of life, because while it can get chaotic, that's just how life is unfortunately. It brings us suffering, and we have to learn to heal from it. And the healing process is what brings about the biggest change, because it offers the best lesson we could ever learn. Take care of yourself! ( ăŁË¶ÂŽ Ë `)ăŁ
