Dealing, or maybe not dealing very well with grief.

I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but I've definitely been traumatized by my mom's death. She went missing then washed up on shore. No one wants to see they're mommy like that. That was 14 yrs ago, and I miss her deeply. I'm also grieving the loss of my son, not to mortality, but negate he decided he identifies as female now. I'm silently grieving, but I feel guilty cuz he's alive and I should be grateful that he's healthy, but everything about his identity, his appearance, and his name have changed. It's a loss I'm dealing with.
