Divorcing a Narcissist
One day I want to write a guide book about how to deal with all the aggression and attacks that gets thrown at you relentlessly, and how you can be strong as an ox and fight back and overcome the trauma. But meanwhile, I just wanna hide under the duvet and not surface.
U know my mom was in ur shoe and she would say the exact same thing before she completely healed from what he did to her. That of course took a lot of time and effort.
i suggest you try to realize what he did and accept it and try to heal from it step by step
@4jujuu Sorry to hear your mum went through it and I’m glad she’s healed. From what I read online about people’s experiences it takes ages and ages because the narcissist want to attack to get a reaction. Comforting to hear of a light at the end of the tunnel.

Actually asking for help here. If any of you know any place/ person or an organization that would be willing to help me in a huge coercive control plot. Please. I beg for support. No place to turn to because of the strange laws of the country I live. But I really wish for consultation and any kinds of support.

Completely understand. Lived that with my parents my sister and two husbands. I never seem to learn.
In your shoes I stayed under the covers until I felt strong enough to come out. I do eventually every time. But I still have days I am totally paralysed with fear of people.
