Do someone going through same ?

I got into 40's of age group recently. I could see physical change and mood swing. I feel lonely sometime though surrounded with my family.,kids, hubby and parents.

I feel like teen sometime i miss hangout with friends or silly laugh. Online chat don't fill the gap.

It seem so messed up that one side i crave having good friend or like minded people and other side i like isolation too.

All of self worth is banging my head and want to start something on my own. But being full time at home all this year's making my self confidence doom. My passion and interest in things keep changing. Leave me confused.
