Flashbacks rant.

I mean. I don’t know, it’s weird? I don’t usually have flashbacks to things. But after my mom made the comments, I’ve been having them. I hate when these happen, they always ruin my mood. They always happen when I’m stressed out or trigged from something. It’s kinda annoying, I hate having flashbacks to times that I don’t need to remember. (mental health admitting and stuff) and it’s gonna make me go insane.

At this point I feel my body and mind hate me.
