Glad to be back here again.

Hello, you can call me Oak or OS for short 😊.

I've joined here as a listener about over a month ago, then I had to take a break due to real life plans and family affairs. I'm glad to be back here in 7cups again and continue my journey as a listener as well as catching up with many opportunities this place offers here.

During my first few weeks I've had wonderful support from my coach & mentor and I am also grateful to have helped a few people that I volunteered to listen and help them feel heard and validated. I've also took what I've learned from my recovery journey and be able to apply the principles in real life as well as best as I could.

Anyway, I'm excited to look forward to newer experiences with you all here as I continue on this journey. Thank you for reading my thread 💖.
