I feel so alone.

I have no friends, im all day in my room.

My mother thinks im just lazy bcs i stay in my room and do nothing.

Im 19 and i want to get out of this place…

No one sees how alone i am, my little brother strated high school and my mother said i mist be nicer to him, and i said i am going though my own things.

I keep on saying that and nobody supports me nobody listens and im tired of this feeling.

I am always sad an compairing myself to every girl i ever see, nobody tries to make plans with me even if i try, i just want to run away and start over and forget about evry person ive ever met.

I'm sorry that you are struggling so much.

It's difficult when our family, misunderstands what we are going through.

You could start day by day to find something you are passionate about.

To start getting out and about.

Building your confidence and not allowing your family to continue to negatively impact you 💙

Hello, I feel the same way...at times I feel alone too but then I was always reminded that I'm never alone. And so, I know you're are not alone, despite you feeling that way.🫂 It'll be a hard feeling for sure, yes. But it's comforting to know that you have, I have, we have someone who cares for us. And let that be yourself, our own selves that's is there to support too. And here on Cups have been such a good help for me to find support too! And I felt understand here.

It is indeed hard to be misunderstood or feel invalidated by parents.. But, know that you deserve to feel heard too, and you're not alone, sissy🫂 and please, don't compare yourself to others. You are on your own journey. It's tempting to compare ourselves to others, but that's their life and we have our life. And that's why we should be on our own pace of recovery, healing and joy.

And slowly, engage in things you love, feel recharged to do so. Whatever it is that will bring you joy, peace, and calmness in yo

u.

And I just wanna add again heheh when I feel so alone, what comforts me is that I know I had a father that will never leave me and that's is God. And I just love to pray and give all cares of me to him. I don't know if this is helpful huhu but I feel peaceful to share with you. Whether you're Christian or not, knowing someone is there for you always helps.

@aquaIdea6185 you can message me if you want to talk to someone . We can talk.

I’m going to pretend to write this to my 19 yr old self in hopes that it will help you.

I know it’s hard right now and processing emotions and not having the support you need/want from your family isn’t possible, but know that you are not alone and will never be alone in this journey. There are many others out there who are going through the same thing and never lose hope for your future. You have to embrace the bad to be grateful for the good that is to come. It doesn’t happen over night but in time it will. There are programs out there that will take you in a comfort you as if you’re their own, and want the best for you. I’m sorry that you are feeling so hurt and it’s causing distance within the family, but sometimes you have to go out there and make your own family/ support system. With social media it’s easy to get caught up in comparing your life with other girls, it’s something that is engraved as you grew up too. You posting here and reaching out for support is strength and it sounds like you’re in the right track to getting the support you’re craving/ needing at this moment. It’s not easy being a young woman, and it seems like everybody is in competition with one another but if that’s all you’re looking for that’s all you’re going to see. It’s easier said than done, but try to push yourself to attend some support groups or a program and you’ll be surprised with what you’ll find within yourself and others around you. You might possibly make a lifelong friend in one of those programs or support groups. I’m sending you so much love, comfort, healing, and a big hug. Even if you don’t have people physically around you to remind you that you’re not alone, please please try to tell yourself that you’re not alone ever in this world. You just can’t see them yet. You are special, you are important, and you do have an impact on this world. ❤️‍🩹💝🌻
