I have no clue if i have posted this in the right community/thread hehe!

For me, personally, sensory issues have become bigger as my mental health has gotten worse. - I never really used to struggle this much with sensory, it's shocking how we all develop and change!

This is what i do:

Visual: Stimulating lights, bubble tube, LED/string lights.

Auditory: Ear phones with reasonable level music or ear defenders.

Olfactory (smell): Covering face with something or use very mild smells for food, air fresheners etc.

Gustatory (taste): Eating really plain foods and having safe foods.

Tactile System: Sensory toys, soft blankets.

So... My question is, what do you do when you are struggling with sensory things?

@goldenLion1121

Visual: No lights: i tend to bury my head, or hide under blankets.

Auditory: either music from my calm playlist (songs with lyrics, but are quiet and soothing) or plugging my ears

Olfactory: none

Gustatory: None

Tacticle System: my blanket, and my stuffie that i hug. or hugging my person
