Hi can someone share how do we end a chat? Or does the chat stay open?

If you're asking how to practically end a chat, at the top right of the chat there are 3 dots, press those and then select the End Chat button and if you're on a member account it'll request you to rate the listener. For the listener I believe it prompts the member to rate, although I'm not too sure on the la terr.
Thank you so much @zaxoosh! For some reason the 3 dots only show delete, block, crisis so I just tell the member when I have to go...

Yes if that's the case, just let them know and make sure the conversation comes to a more natural end. You can always advise them to press the end chat button as well for it to come to a prompted end!
