How to seek help, if it does it worse
One thing is being in pain and doing self care to reduce pain. So at least the pain gets reduced in the end. But if you seek help and people say hurtful things, doesn't provide a listening ear. After that you feel worse than before and you would need double effort to reduce the pain. So should one seek help? Right now I don't feel like working hard and affirming that "I tried my best", I'm in so much pain. I can't even enjoy movies, and movies are like (TW) drugs to me, they take my attention away from everything. I can't focus on anything.
@floatingLeaf4973 awww sweetie I understand, I have constant pain. So I know it's so draining so uncomfortable😞 but yes you are gonna need to reach out to a doctor. And don't listen to toxic people. You need help this is abouts you not anyone else. Although people words can really affect you😢 but please reach out ❤
@Tinywhisper11
By the way I'm really sorry you are constantly in pain too. Sending you much love and thank you for your compassionate response <3
@floatingLeaf4973 I'm glad you have good doctors. But at any point where you feel worse please reach out. Even if it's on here to talk to someone ❤❤ highs you ❤
@Tinywhisper11 huggs* you
@Tinywhisper11
No I said I don't have good doctors
@floatingLeaf4973 oh yeah that's right sorry sweetie. I'm always here to give you a hug ❤
I didn't have good doctors either and have gone through years of pain, disability and just misery. I thought it was too late for help too. I finally have good medical doctors through my husband's insurance but could lose them. I hope not. I also finally got in therapy after decades of saying I didn't need it.
It's always worth it. The other options are no good. Do you have MDVIP docs in your area? They cost more per year, but mine found me so many resources.
If you don't have the money (I know I don't) or none of those docs in the area, I also tried government sponsored programs tailored to my condition. You can often get grants, in clinical trials for free, and different areas offer different programs. It's so hard to find good doctors who don't treat you like a number or cattle
If I can help in any way, please let me know. I don't want anyone to go through that. It's awful. 😊
@Warpedme
It's Bangladesh, ever heard the name?
Of course I have. That can be a very scary part of the World from what I've seen. I actually follow politics and all sorts of weird things. I love learning about different cultures and practices around the World.
I have a few appointments today, fun doctors 😊. However, I always check in. I'd love to hear more about your country and anything on your mind. I tend to joke about upsetting things as a coping mechanism. I try to be careful. I'm never trying to be insensitive or rude FYI. I honestly just want to bring as much laughter and joy to the World as I possibly can.
For instance, I broke my microwave plate trying to clean it about a week ago (this is after being sick for 2 years, disabled for almost 10 from something else, abandoned by my family and friends, and basically left alone to die. Oh, I had an attempt that luckily failed.
So anyway, I went to make breakfast this morning, and my microwave blew up. The new microwave dish arrived this morning. 🤣 My coffee pot blew up after.
I turned on some music and literally did the chicken dance in the kitchen as I said Oh irony you beautiful (I can't type the word 😂) child of unwed parents? I have a potty mouth.
@Warpedme
That was really funny haha. And I'm sorry you went through so much and had an attempt. No one should go through this and I'm sorry you did. And many other people do, saying this so you don't feel alone. I'm proud of you for how you're still trying and working hard. Sending you lots of love and comfort <3
I love that you all accept my humor. I'm proud of you all. We all are courageous. Saying you need help I saw as a weakness. I wouldn't cry because tough chicks don't do that. I'd hide my tears.
My attempt was a blessing in disguise. It caused and is still causing a whirlwind of well crap. 🤣 However, I'm learning laughter really is the best medicine and so is helping others. It keeps us all positive.
I'll always accept love and comfort and hugs. Big hug to you and a thank you for your kindness. I know I'm not alone here. No one is. Just reach out your hand. I'm happy to catch anyone I can. Please have the most beautiful day today. Thank you again. It means a lot. 🤗💜
