@CalmCoral

IBS is miserable at times as I'm sure you have experienced.

I'm sure you are coming to realise what gives you a flare-up but here's a really informative link all a bout IBS.

I wish you well

@lucy2

Thank you for the link 💜

It is so tough.

Sometimes I can recognise, sometimes it seems so random 😕 I guess some may purely be stress.

@CalmCoral

That's possible Coral, it certainly exacerbates it, so try to stay calm as you can ❤️

@CalmCoral

I can totally understand how you feel because I too suffer with ibs as well. Here are few things which I do to cope with it.

1. Drink lots of water, especially drink lukewarm water as soon as you wake up and best would be if you keep water in a copper vessel and warm it when you wake up. Drink tea or coffee as least as possible.

2. Do yoga everyday, it has helped me a lot.

3. Keep fennel seeds handy and eat a spoonful of it after a meal especially at night.

4. Boil some carom seeds with water and when it cools down drink the water and eat seeds as well. Add a pinch of asfoetida in your curry.

5. Never have a heavy dinner, your heaviest meal should be lunch.

I hope these tips help you out. Have a good time ahead ❤
