I found this app while searching for somewhere to post anonymously. I’m depressed and life is really hard right now. My husband is in an industry that went on strike for many months. Around the time the strikes happened we found out I was pregnant. We’d been trying for years and had many miscarriages. The work didn’t come back, the pregnancy took and now we find ourselves 4 months behind on our mortgage. I have 4 other children. We were financially fine before but now we are broke. My husband got his CDL to make ends meet but he drives all over the country and I am alone with the kids. I have no money for fun. Oh and I was flipping storage units for a living but can’t do all the heavy lifting now with the pregnancy so am back to thrifting and reselling my finds which is not as profitable. I’m scared we’re going to lose our home. I’m miserable. I need friends or people to talk to. I’m also over 40 so many women my age can’t relate to my situation at all. Just need hugs I guess.
