My friend learned something to heal other. Without my permission
Just read my venting ..tried to help ..
I appreciate her intention..
But it left me overwhelming n panic attack.
She was new to all this. She clearly know I don't like trying on me.
Earlier also did once I had clear boundary.
Being good friend what to fight n argue over it.
Just gave her final warning now I few days medicine n rest ..hmm
