I have a conflict with my mom

So, I need someone's opinion on something.

My 25th birthday is on saturday. Last week me, my parents, aunt and cousin were on a roadtrip and someone said we should go for breakfast on my birthday, I said ok (since i love hanging out with my mom, aunt and cousin and my dad is an ok company) and we agreed on talking about it during the week.

Today my mom told me she made a reservation in some café and already told my aunt and cousin, that was without asking me beforehand, but ok i wasn't gonna make a scene about it, even though i didn't like that she did that without my consent.

Later I overhead my dad on the phone with a friend of the family (which i don't like that much, he's a little creepy) and my dad was inviting him to my birthday breakfast, I asked my parents about it and my mom said she told my dad to invite this friend, I got angry at them and told them I'm not going to the breakfast anymore. I told my aunt and cousin it was cancelled, since I agreed on having breakfast with them, I didn't tell them why but they understood.

Now my parents are angry at me for not going to the breakfast and maybe they'll go with the family friend (I really don't know yet) and my mom called me some names and they said they can't count on me for anything.

It's not the first time they've done something like this, they usually make plans for my birthdays without asking me first, expecting me to be happy about it, but i'm not, i really hate that, and for once that i set boundaries they're angry at me.
