@GumballMachine I've been drinking water, and wearing only my shorts, but I've just had it up to here 😥 and I haven't slept well because of it - I'm just about done

Hopefully it does cool down! It can be difficult to tolerate heat, especially when trying to sleep 😢 I hope you can take proper precautions to avoid any heat emergencies! Stay safe 🙂
@pinkfloydFan6226 😭😭😭 I know right. It's killing me, I've been going outside at night and early mornings to cool off. And taking cold showers. But during the day I'm just a zombie trying to sleep. And I have 3 little guinea pigs, so they have 2 fans constantly blowing on the highest setting and frozen water bottles wrapped in a tea towel to cuddle up to. They do not cope well with this heat. But don't worry soon it will be winter💖💖

I got a cooling blanket from Amazon to sleep under, it worked! That plus making sure I have enough liquids. I don't like fans. But idk it'll be winter soon

Have you tried cooling down just one room? Buy a small air conditioner for just one room

I would recommend stocking up on ice packs to ice down for quick relief when it gets really hot, even in the house, and consider investing in a cheap portable fan for outdoor outings! Five below sells desk fans that are surprisingly effective for only $5!
As others have said, make sure you are getting plenty of water/electrolytes and keep to cooler areas when the temperature becomes too much to handle.
