I'm feeling overwhelmed and I need some help. I recently made a plan to rejoin society and it's going to take me at least till the end of June to complete my plan. Ever thought when I made this plan I was happy and now the anxiety is overwhelming. I think it's because I'm afraid of failing letting people down and letting myself down and I don't know how to handle it I really need someone to help me through it is there a way you can help me thank you bye
