@pinkfloydFan6226 sorry to respond so late, I found that discovering new interests or hobbies can create the opportunity to bond with others. Maybe if you looked around you could find something new to peak your interest, there's always someone out there that may share that something which could help you, which leads to bonding, thus, connection with others. I understand that it's easier said than done but you just gotta put yourself out there more, I would recommend doing it little by little, just test the waters, it's never a bad thing to go at your own pace.
