Intimacy problems

Me and my partner no longer have a good intimate relationship and this has been going on for almost a year. We barely have sex and when we do it's usually boring and it doesn't exactly satisfy me. They say I'm always complaining and I need to learn how to relax. I know they try to satisfy me and do it more often but it just doesn't work.
