Is My Eating Disorder Beyond Hope?
***Possible TW?***
I’m getting bigger in the tummy. Fatter. All because I’m eating to excess at almost every single meal. Even if it’s food I don’t like. I’ll eat it anyway.
Am I beyond hope? Everyone else thinks I’m thin, but my stomach is enlarging. I feel like a whale.
Is there hope for me? Am I too far gone? Where’s the point of no return when you get too fat and can’t come back, can’t lose the weight ever again? How do I beat this? Is it too late for me?
@jesusredeemedme2425 it's never to late for you honey💖 you are not beyond hope, you just need to find something that works for you 💖 I know you've tried so many ways already🙁 but what about fitness/exercise? The more you do the more you'll want to control your calorie intake. It's just a idea 💖 but I also want to say life is short and happiness is the meaning of life. So perhaps if you enjoy eating that's not a bad thing, putting weight on isn't a bad thing as long as your happy💖💖 hugs you tightly 💖
@Tinywhisper11 I second this
I have not been diagnosed with a esting disorder but I eat a lot too and I eat food erther I like it or jot and est extras of what i do like. Im not very picky. But it will be okay. If you reslly wsnt to make sure your managing weight, try doing some exercises, you can search uo easy ways to regulate weight abd make sure eating a lot wont affect you. But either way, your perfect the way you are, fat or skinny, we will all love you unconditionally. Its the inside that counts. Not the outside. Looks dont matter. If you want real friends, then be yourself, if people will like you for who you are and not looks, then they are real. But just know, your beautiful no matter what.

It's not to late for you.
There is hope.
But you really need to stop being so hard and critical of yourself 💜💕

As someone who's somewhat recovered from an eating disorder, it's never hopeless and it's never something you won't get out of. The body and the mind have an infinite capability to change and to adapt to all sorts of things.
Start with giving yourself space to be you, a little messy, a little human. There will never be a perfect diet or lifestyle but even the smallest things count. It took me almost a decade to rewire my terrible relationship with food but it's possible. Now I eat only till I'm a little full, i don't have insane cravings anymore, I generally eat healthy and sometimes I'll get junkfood or icecream but I don't feel horrible about it, instead it is a fun little thing to do. I'm almost thirty and this is the first time I've actually gone to a gym and learned to work out properly, sleep on a set time, wake up without feeling exhausted and I realized how badly I'd been treating my body. How I was running on fumes. I was on a solid diet of sugar, caffeine and stress. Once you start moving to how your body is naturally supposed to be, to move around, to eat to nourish your body, to heal and repair in sleep, everything else does get easier to handle.
Start with one small change, one thing, nothing too crazy. A plate of veges along with your meal. Lots of water. Eating on a specific time. Small changes that make a big difference. Once your body gets used to this then move to the next thing. Don't starve, don't push yourself more than your body can handle. Just intuitive eating to give you energy. Most importantly, it takes time. Months, years but it's worth putting the effort in yourself, you are worth trying every day for.
Hey dear,
I guess it's not late for you, First it's completely fine that you are having fat,
Now if you want to loose fat
Do fasting once in week.
You can skip one time meal in a day.
Or Just have salads and food without carbs
Try not to join parties and not to go there, where you see different varieties of food.
Try to analyse what triggers you most.
Try to calm always yourself.
Indeed , Allah is best creator ❣️💕❤️🩹
Thankyou. May God bless you.
