Merry Christmas and a very happy new year. My wish is for my 3 rescued kittens to be adopted by the most loving and caring families/ people, and they lead a healthy comfortable life.
My second wish is for me to go next year to my dream university and course and to overall just love and cherish myself and spread joy like you do.

For a goal, I want to get my confidence back as I feel sad a lot, and I think that I could have depression just that it's undiagnosed I have suffered for years feeling sad and useless and I don't enjoy things as I used to I rarely cry but I'm strong and try not to sometimes I let it out because it's too much but my goal is to get more confident I just doubt I will get it back

It’s perfectly okay to not feel okay sometimes, and I want you to know that your emotions are valid. Feeling sad and struggling with confidence doesn’t make you weak it means you’re human, and you’re doing your best. Please remember that healing doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s okay to take things one day at a time. Don’t be too hard on yourself for not feeling 100%, you’re working toward it, and that’s already a victory.
