My little brother is about 4 years younger than me. He has a habit of stealing things that he has no use for, like money. IDK if it has something to do with his ADHD but its getting out of hand. And every time I catch him he gets defensive.

That sounds like a difficult situation to be in, do you think you're able to have a third party like your parents or other siblings intervene on his behavior? Either way hope it works out and you're able to restore good relations with him.
