Member Support Room Questions

How does it work? I know some chats have specific times you can post (like a certain amount of minutes at a time), but I have no idea how the member support room, or any others, operate. Can anyone give me an easy breakdown? I'd like to join the chatrooms more, but idk how to use them lol. Thanks <3

@jesusredeemedme2425 hello Kiara, what I can tell you is that the Sharing Circle gives each participant the opportunity to 'take the floor' with no questions or interruptions; the Exploration Garden is a deeper version that gives each speaker 10 minutes, with questions from other participants.
