I hope you all have the most amazing day full of love, peace, and connection!

I know this year may have been really tough for some of you. I want to remind you that you are NEVER alone, no matter what you've been through/are going through. Everyone on 7Cups and those around you are always here for you. You're so much more loved and cherished than you could ever imagine. You're here for a reason. Things WILL get better. Never forget: joy has a habit of returning, even if it doesn't feel like it right now.

May God's love, healing, and wisdom fill you up this season and guide you in the days ahead!! Remember Jesus loves you so much; He was born in a manger, died for you on the cross to save you from your sins, then was raised from the dead 3 days later to give us the Holy Spirit. He will bless us with peace and eternal life if we truly repent/turn to Him 💖 

I know many of you may be feeling really exhausted or burnt out. Go rest up. Make some hot chocolate (keep it simple OR go all out with the toppings!!! Marshmallows, candy canes/peppermint pieces, extra chocolate, etc.) Listen to some uplifting Christmas songs (and have a dance party in your room if you're willing!) Make a list of things you're grateful for. Build a blanket fort. Call a friend. Wrap some last minute gifts. Bake cookies.
