Don't expect sorrow, cos it will come when you least expecting.
It's been a year without my father and need to continue living the rest of my life without him . Sometimes I am thinking why i ever exist in the first place just to feel what was it like living in this world and feel the sorrow and many kind of emotions

I'm sorry for the loss of your father. You are making him proud each day and you are worth it. Grieve what you can and know that he's there waiting and watching for you to move on (when you can), you are not alone in feeling loss.
