Not too sure where to go from here

I’m recently having a really hard time with my mother and step father. My step father mentally and verbally abused me as a child and he did all the same but worse to my older brother. I was depressed and cutting and attempted suicide about six years due to the way he made me feel as a child. We tried therapy but if the therapist didn’t agree then I wasn’t seeing that therapist anymore. I felt so guilty about everything so I just tried to please them and make everything “better” while my parents swept all the real issues under the rug. I haven’t lived with them for two and a half years now. I live with my now fiancé. So my step dad doesn’t like my fiancé. He has a lot to say about his flaws and nicks picks everything about him. My fiancé didn’t ask my step father for my hand. But honestly I’m not sure he even deserves to be asked. I love my fiancé so much and he’s supported me through so much and my parents are trying to turn it all around saying he’s manipulating me and toxic. Now I’m trying to tell them how I’ve been feeling and all they can say is that I’m just looking at it from a “child’s perspective” and that parenting isn’t easy and they’ve done “so much for me”. They were so strict and I could barely have friends as a child. I was always on “lockdown” for something or the other and especially after my suicide attempt. I’d get in trouble or screamed at for the absolute smallest things and they can’t understand how I don’t feel comfortable trying to have this conversation face to face? Sure they may have gotten slightly better since the attempt but still like I’ve said not perfect and I always felt the elephant in the room. Well my older brother decided to put out a very long message to almost all of the family basically putting them on blast for everything that they have done. It’s just a huge mess and I feel like they are not understanding what I was trying to say at all. They can’t seem to comprehend that the way they treated us as children was just not right and that it wasn’t “all dealt with” as they think. I’m just having a really hard time dealing with all this.
