Optimizing Screen Time

Studies have found that optimizing screen time could be the most effective form of managing it.

This could also be a whole lot easier said than done!

So, to keep things doable, what are some very, very small ways, the most minute of ways one could improve their relationshi to technology?

It might be something like beginning to be aware it's an issue, then gradually noticing how it affects and effects such things as posture, mood and quality of life:

Getting to neutral could be an excellent place to start...followed by the natural inclinations to change once the problem is apparent to the point where it's very obvious and the payoff is clear; hope that makes sense

@Dallady That was very informative! It's indeed quite common for people to get addicted to technology because of the roles that are reperesented there and the reflection. So indeed it's something very interesting from the perspective of research. Thank you for sharing!
