@Funny1994 Having to deal with life can be so exhausting when everything feels like too much. I’m sorry you're feeling so low. Hope things are a bit better now<3
It’s okay though<3 it’s okay to feel lost and it’s okay to not have it all figured out. Right now it might help just to sit with the feelings you have without the pressure of fixing everything. You don’t have to be strong or hold it together all the time. You can let go for a little while, as long as you need to feel alright again. We are all here with you, and if the thought of reaching out feels overwhelming, that’s okay too. But know that there’s no need to carry this alone forever. Small steps like sending a text to someone you love or taking a walk in nature, could be the start of feeling a little better :)

Hard isn't it to deal alone. The overwhelming feeling, the sadness. I feel it almost everyday. Sending you hud and support. Feel free to msg me.

1) I feel like I am sensationalizing and overestimating things in my head.
Does that make sense?
2) I might have a mild headache and slight fever today
3) Sometimes I feel that I might need help from too many people for too many things, sometimes I feel that I might turn out to be too needy and I just feel that I am beyond help.
4) We have a Psychologist/Counselor at my college but I feel if I go to her and I get comfortable in sharing all my stuff(that includes everything, literally), I fear the things I would share with her might not remain between the two of us, she might feel the need to share with someone in the college or my parents and I don't f.u.c.k.i.n.g want that to happen.
5) Being involved with mental health related stuff for a while now, whether through journaling (I've been doing that for about a month), talking to listeners, posting here, or researching online (Reddit, YouTube, Google, etc.) has made me overestimate the severity of the issues I had. I feel that I am making connections with people "online" but the issue that I have that is "isolation" doesn't really change unless I go and talk to people "in-person". And I have started progressing in that front slowly, I have a few friends and I try to talk (just trying to talk feels like huge progress)
On the other hand, It helped me a lot, like it definitely made me more aware of my issues and less in denial about them. It has helped me make slow but steady progress.
For example, I've reduced my screen time (though not every day is the same—it's been up and down, but it's still progress). I've also started going for walks and runs (again, not consistently). As for my porn addiction, it's mostly gone. I watch it rarely, but I'm no longer controlled by it the way I used to be.
