It's good you are ok... I will tell you that if a person is scared of death often they may not be living a quality life. I think you might want to think about the ways you approach living..

It feels so daunting to confront it, but if I have anything to say to you I would tell you one thing: life is not short, life is long.
There's plenty to do, plenty of meaning to create and plenty of people to care for.
